About Waterside Candle

Waterside Candles are produced in a small cottage and hand poured by me,  Heidi. Due to size limitations I strive to keep our candles in stock, but if for any reason the candle you wish to purchase isn't available (or you request a custom order) the processing time may be up to a week. As always, I take great care in making my candles with the highest quality soy wax. Please note that using high quality wax does sometimes affect presentation. I strive to create perfect candles but choose to produce the highest quality and best scent throw over perfectly, aesthetically pleasing candles. This doesn't mean the candle you receive won't be beautiful, but it may not look exactly like the picture in the listing.

All my other suppliers are purchased through companies who pride themselves on providing U.S. made materials. All of my suppliers pay their employees a living wage. My suppliers ship carbon neutral.

Shipping Policy

During the shipping process every effort is made to recycle shipping materials whenever possible.  I use flat rate shipping and bundle items for your order. If you have any questions about my shipping process please contact me via my contact page.

Refund & Return Policy

If you have any issues with your order please contact me via my contact page and I'll work with you to find a resolution. If your candle was damaged during the shipping process I'll replace your candle for free. I just ask that you send me the broken candle and pay the return shipping. Due to the nature of my products, refunds and returns are processed on a case by case basis. If you have a custom/special order I cannot accept returns or refunds at this time.
